Three months have ed since the release of the survival simulator Myth of Empires, and now the developers have decided to introduce PvP seasons into the game. The first season starts on May 25 at 17:00 Moscow time and will last until July 29, 2024. Game servers will not be tied to regions, so players can independently choose where to play. The servers themselves will have 4 significant differences from the existing ones:
- Accelerated character development and no loss of equipment upon death. Basic resource production, taming speed, breeding speed, honor points and guild activity will be increased, and these improvements will only increase as the season progresses. You don’t need special books to unlock skills. Combat skills will automatically increase along with your character’s level.
- Smoother gaming experience. During the first two weeks, the maximum level will be limited to level 45. During the first month, some siege equipment will have reduced damage. In this way, the developers plan to mitigate the problem of excessive early development of some players, leading to the fact that superior forces gain an invincible advantage. According to the authors, large-scale battles for castles should take place at later stages.
- Balancing weapons and sieges. In addition to balancing siege weapons, changes have also been made to conventional weapons. In addition, you can purchase many more useful items for copper coins in the guild store.
- Seasonal points and rewards. Guilds that reach 250,000 season points will receive skins, and the top 10 guilds will receive exclusive skins. Contributions received at the end of the season can be exchanged for eligible items on permanent servers. At the end of this season, players will be able to select one hero and one mount to receive in the next season.
